1. Agreement
By using Life OS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. The service
Life OS is a personal productivity and finance application that runs in your browser and stores your records on your own device. Features described as "Coming soon", including Life OS Cloud, are not part of the current service and are not guaranteed.
3. Licence
The Free plan grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the limited feature set. The Pro plan is a one-time purchase granting a lifetime personal licence to the full feature set, including future updates to the application, for as long as we distribute it. Licences may not be resold, sublicensed or shared.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are not currently enabled. When purchasing becomes available, prices will be shown before checkout, and we will offer a 14-day refund window for the Pro licence unless local law grants you more.
5. Your data and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping backups. Because records are stored in your browser, clearing site data, switching devices or using private browsing may delete them. Use the export and backup tools in Settings.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Life OS unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, or redistribute, decompile or resell the application without permission.
7. No financial advice
Life OS presents calculations based on the figures you enter, including tax estimates and projections. These are informational only and are not financial, tax or legal advice. Verify anything important with a qualified professional.
8. Availability and warranty
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the software will be error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Life OS is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or lost profits.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access where these terms are seriously breached.
